TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The “Company” means Clomm Limited, a registered company in Hong Kong, its affiliated companies and any authorized person of Clomm Limited and its affiliates.
The "Website" means www.clomm.com
The “User” means anyone who uses the Website
The “Customer” means any person who places an order.
The “Member” means any person who successfully registers an account on www.clomm.com
The “Goods”’ means any products described in the order.
An “Order” means a request by the Customer for Goods subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. By using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By placing an Order with the Website, it is deemed that the Customer has read and understood these terms and conditions thoroughly and agreedto be bound by them.
Use of the Website
The Website should not be used for illegal or criminal activities, which include but are not limited to, anything which may offend generally accepted principles of morality, offend minority groups, encourage terrorism or other seditious activity, incite violence or hatred or be used in pornographic activity.
The Company reserves the right to deny any User access to the Website or any part of the Website without notice.
Links and Linking
The Website may contain links to other sites operated by third parties not affiliated to the Company. The inclusion of any link to such third party sites does not imply endorsement by the Company of those sites. The Company has not reviewed all of the content contained in the linked sites and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages. If you choose to click through any link to off-site pages or third party sites then this is at the User’s own risk.
Shopping on the Website
Locate the product you wish to purchase.
Click “Add to Cart” to place the product into shopping cart.
At this stage, you may continue to shop for other products. You can view or edit items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking “Shopping Cart”.
If you wish to adjust the quantity of a selected item, change the number in the “Quantity” box or tick “Remove”. Be sure to click “Update” to confirm changes.
When you are ready to make a purchase, click “Checkout”.
There are three checkout options. You may choose to login if you are already a member, or create an account with us. In either case, the shop will automatically remember your details for all future shopping at www.clomm.com. If you do not have an account and wish to checkout as a guest, simply click “Continue as Guest” and provide us with your billing and delivery information.
The next pages will show you the estimated delivery times and required payment method, click “Continue” to proceed.
Next, you will see a summary of your order and the information you have entered. Click “Confirm Order”, you will then be transferred to PayPal’s payment page.
In PayPal, you may choose to pay through your PayPal account, or pay with your credit card. The latter will require you to enter your credit card information.
Click “Pay” to complete the purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email from Clomm.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Clomm with the tracking number.
All products are listed in US dollars by default. The Customer may choose to view and pay in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY or CNY. The Company reserves the right to update prices on the website, including foreign exchange rates, at any time without prior notice. The Company, however, makes every effort to ensure prices shown are up-to-date. The displayed prices do not include taxes, duties or import fees charged by the Customer’s local government. As custom policies vary by country, the Company cannot be responsible for any additional taxes, duties or fees levied on the purchase once it reaches its destination.
Availability of Goods
All products are sold on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to their availability while stocks last. All products found on the Website are in stock unless it is marked “Out of Stock”. Occasionally, the Company may run out of a particular product without notice. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to purchase an out-of-stock item. The Company accepts no responsibility for its inability to supply products to the Customer where it is unavailable and shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order. In any event that an Order is unfulfilled or partially unfulfilled, the Customer will be notified by email. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel an Order to any Customer at its sole discretion.
Cancellation of Order
Customers may cancel an Order before it is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, the Company will not accept its cancellation and the Customer is required to receive the Order. If the Customer is not satisfied with the Good, he/she may return it within 14 days of receipt, given that the Good is in completely original and unworn condition. Please refer to the “Return Policy” section below for more details.
Limitation on Liability
While the Company takes every precaution in the preparation of all information on the Website, it does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. Statements contained in any material shall not constitute representations by the Company and the Company shall not be bound by them. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature issued by the Company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Company. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the Website on the Customer’s computer and the actual colours of the Goods, this may be due to the colour reproduction on the Customer’s computer. The Company also accepts no responsibility at any time for any revision or change in the style of packaging which does not materially affect the Good’s quality.
The Company puts effort in maintaining smooth operation of the Website, however, it does not warrant that the Website will be free from viruses, attacks, hacking or technical problems, nor does it guarantee the User can access the Website at any time. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss involved in the use of the Website. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the Company be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from the Website whether directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company’s policy is to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation of payment from PayPal. Once Goods have been dispatched, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. For security reasons, orders with a Post Office Box address or number will not be processed.
The below delivery times are an estimated guide only and based on the date of dispatch. Should any delays be caused by the customs clearance process, please contact FedEx with the shipment tracking number.
Europe / USA / Canada 4 - 5 working days

The Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, the Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The Company will not be liable if it fails to deliver Goods in part or in full due to circumstances beyond its control. The Company reserves the right to decline delivery of goods to any Customer at its sole discretion.
If the Company receives a package that has not been collected by the Customer, it reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred from handling the Order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to the Customer. The settlement of the invoice must be made within 7 days.
The shipping rates do not include taxes or other charges, for which the Company is not responsible. The Company ships all packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT, duties and/or taxes are not included in the purchase from the Company and it cannot specify what the Customer’sparticular charges may be. If any such additional charges are incurred they must be paid before the Customer’s package can clear customs. Please contact local FedEx or customs office for more information.
Title and Risk
The Company shall retain title to all Goods sold by it until the full payment due from the Customer has been received. Risk in all Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods.
Clomm Webshop Returns
Customers who are not satisfied with the Good can return it to the Company for an exchange or refund within 14 Days of order receipt. Please note the following:
All shipping costs related to exchange or return are to be paid by the Customer.
The Company only accepts returns for items purchased directly from www.clomm.com.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused and in original condition, with undamaged packaging and instruction booklets. Customers will be liable for ensuring the return goods are packaged properly. Returned items that have been used or damaged in the Company’s opinion may not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.
To make a webshop return, please email the Company at email@example.com with your order receipt number and it will send the Customer a Returns Form with a Returns Number and return instructions. Please note that any item sent to us without a Returns Form and a Returns Number will not be accepted.
Packages sent by Cash on Delivery will not be accepted
Once returned products are received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the same payment card used for the transaction (taxes, customs, duties, shipping costs will not be refunded) and you will receive an email notice both from us and PayPal. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear depending on Customer’s bank or card issuer.
Retail Shop Returns
If the Customer has purchased Goods from a Company- authorized retailer and wish to return it within 14 days of purchase, please contact them directly for returns procedure. Please note that the return policies of the Company’s dealers vary and are made based on their discretion. Returned items that are damaged in the retail partners’ opinion may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
An online Clomm account allows Customers to checkout faster. Members can also create an address book of multiple shipping destinations, view purchase history, check order status and subscribe to newsletter. Simply click “Login/ Register” at the top right to login or register for an account. Please note the following:
Information supplied by each Member is understood to be complete and correct at time of registration.
Each Member must safeguard his or her username and password.
The Company assumes that only the party that uses the username and password represents either the Member or any person authorized by him or her.
It is the Member’s responsibility to update the record with the Company without delay of any changes of personal information.
The Company shall have sole discretion to accept or terminate the registration of any Customer as a Member.
All rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights on the Website are owned by or licensed to the Company. The Website contains contents which include text, graphics, images, video files and other information. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its contents, including copying ,storing or reproducing it or them in whole or part, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of the Company and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage caused to or suffered by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the supply of the Goods by the Company being prevented, restricted, hindered or delayed by reason of any circumstance outside the control of the Company which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activities. The Company’s total liability to the Customer for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total price of the Customer’s Order.
The above Terms and Conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the Law of the Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China in Hong Kong. The Company has absolute discretion to revise any of the above Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
