We are pleased to offer free FedEx delivery worldwide for all of our customers (UK deliveries will be with Royal Mail Signed for First Class).

Shipping Method

We rely on FedEx for a fast, secure and reliable service for all goods shipped internationally. All deliveries are fully insured with FedEx and you will be required to sign for the goods upon delivery. We aim to dispatch an order within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends). Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way via www.fedex.com. Please note that it may take a few hours before you can track your parcel with the given tracking number.

If you have completed your order as a member, you will be able to view your order status in your Clomm account by clicking “View Order History”. 

For security reasons, orders with a Post Office Box address or number will not be processed.

The below delivery times are an estimated guide only and based on the date of dispatch.  Should any delays be caused by the customs clearance process, please contact FedEx with your shipment tracking number. Clomm cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance delays.

Import Duty and VAT

Your shipment may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Clomm ships all packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). VAT, duties and/or taxes are not included in your purchase from Clomm and we cannot specify what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges are incurred they must be paid before your package can clear customs. Please contact your local FedEx or customs office for more information.

Preservation

When the timepiece is not being worn, keep it in a dry and dust-free environment. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.

Cleaning

When cleaning the watch case, please use a soft cloth or towel with lukewarm water. To clean the lens, please use a clean chamois cloth. Do not use chemicals or detergents. Do not submerge the timepiece in water.

Leather Straps

The strap is made of genuine Italian leather which will soften and improve with age. Please do not expose the strap to moisture or water.

Water Resistance

Your timepiece is water resistant to 50 Meters/5ATM and can resist general climatic conditions such as high humidity and light rain. Nevertheless, you should avoid swimming, diving or showering with your timepiece or exposing it to extreme temperature, moisture or pressure.

Battery Replacement

For Terra Firm collection, the German made Varta HC364 battery has an estimated lifespan of 36 months. You may take your timepiece to a qualified watch repair shop for battery replacement.
